Every piece in the Première Edit collection is available in our Signature Palette and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days when in stock. Out-of-stock pieces may be ordered in advance while we prepare the next batch. Custom Colors are available by pre-order and require at least 1 month of preparation.
To preserve the quality and craftsmanship of each piece, we accept a limited number of orders each month. Advance orders are welcome for weddings, events, and special occasions. If you have a preferred delivery date, simply include it in your Order Request, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Standard Dispatch
Orders without personalization are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Orders with an engraved wooden name tag require an additional 7 business days before dispatch.
Orders with a debossed leather name tag follow our standard dispatch timeline.

Production timelines for bulk, bridal, and event orders vary depending on the quantity and personalization requirements.
