Order & Payment Terms

Welcome to Love Maisie Macramé. Because each of our pieces is intricately handcrafted and knotted by hand, we implement the following guidelines to ensure a seamless studio experience from creation to delivery. 

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed and secured only once the applicable payment has been received, verified, and acknowledged by Love Maisie Macramé.

A quotation, inquiry, or submitted Order Form does not automatically reserve production slots, materials, or availability.

Once your payment has been verified, we will provide your Job Order and Acknowledgment Invoice as your official reference for the confirmed order and proof of payment.

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are based on the total quantity of pieces ordered:

1–5 pieces
Full payment is required to confirm and secure the order.

6 pieces and above
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the order. The remaining 50% balance will be settled according to the applicable balance settlement terms below.

The applicable payment arrangement will also be reflected in your Job Order.

Studio Privileges & Discounts

We offer selected privileges to recognize our first-time, returning, and loyal clients. Privileges apply only to eligible items and are subject to the terms below.

Welcome Privilege — 5% OFF
First-time clients may enjoy a one-time 5% Welcome Privilege on selected regular-priced items on their first completed order.

Returning Client Privilege — 5% OFF
Clients placing their second completed order may enjoy a 5% Returning Client Privilege on eligible items.

Loyalty Privileges — 7% or 10% OFF
After two completed eligible purchases, Loyalty status becomes active beginning with the client's third purchase:

• 7% off for eligible single orders below ₱6,000

• 10% off for eligible single orders of ₱6,000 or more

The applicable rate is based on the total value of eligible items in a single confirmed order before the privilege is deducted.

Private Early Access
Clients with a single completed order of ₱20,000 or more may receive 48-hour Private Early Access to selected upcoming collections and limited releases. This may apply even to a client's first order.

Private Early Access is a separate access benefit and does not constitute an additional discount or automatically activate Loyalty status.

Eligible Items & Exclusions
Studio privileges generally apply to Love Maisie bags and selected Limited Edition collections, including bags purchased as bridal entourage gifts.

Customized souvenirs, customized keychains and magnets, bulk event favors, special package or volume-priced orders, promotional items, and other specially designated products may be excluded.

Non-Cumulative Policy
Only one applicable price adjustment may be applied to an eligible order. Welcome, Returning Client, Loyalty, promotional, sale, and special package rates cannot be combined.

Single-Order Policy
Privilege thresholds are based on the total value of a single confirmed order or transaction. Any applicable privilege will be reflected in the client's quotation and Job Order before payment.

Effective Date & Eligibility
The Love Maisie Studio Privileges program takes effect on October 9, 2026. Only qualifying purchases made on or after this date will count toward the purchase requirements for Welcome, Returning Client, and Loyalty Privileges. Purchases completed before the effective date will not automatically count toward the program's purchase requirements. All privileges remain subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and terms stated in this policy.

Job Order

Your Job Order serves as your organized reference for your confirmed order.

It includes your contact details, Love Maisie's contact details, complete order details, applicable privileges or discounts, and corresponding amounts.

Clients are encouraged to review their Job Order and immediately notify us of any discrepancies in the order details.

Balance Settlement

For orders requiring a remaining balance:

For delivery orders:
The remaining balance must be fully settled before dispatch. Once your order is completed and ready for delivery, we will send photos and/or videos of the finished items before proceeding with dispatch.

For self pick-up orders:
The remaining balance may be settled upon pick-up. We will send photos and/or videos once your order is completed and ready for collection, together with the applicable pick-up details.

Orders will only be released once the applicable balance has been fully settled.

Production Timeline

Production timelines vary depending on the product, quantity, order requirements, and availability of materials.

The applicable production or preparation timeline will be communicated during the quotation process and reflected in your order details.

For Custom Colors and pre-order pieces, the applicable lead time will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

For wedding and event orders, clients are encouraged to place their orders well in advance of their event date.

Production Updates

As your order is handmade, production may involve several stages before completion.

We will provide production updates as much as we reasonably can, particularly when there are significant milestones or circumstances that may affect the agreed timeline.

Once your order is completed and ready for release, we will send photos and/or videos of the finished items before delivery or pick-up.

Delivery & Self Pick-Up

Delivery or self pick-up arrangements must be agreed upon during the order confirmation process and will be reflected in the Job Order.

Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated before the order is finalized.

For courier deliveries, Love Maisie Macramé is not responsible for delays, loss, or other circumstances occurring after the parcel has been handed over to the courier, subject to our applicable policies.

For self pick-up orders, clients will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
