Are all Love Maisie bags handmade?

Yes. Every Love Maisie piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled local artisans from a small community in Valenzuela City, Philippines. Each piece is made with care, preserving the artistry and craftsmanship behind every design. 

How do I place an order?

Submit an Order Request through our website. Our studio will review your selections, confirm availability, and respond within 24 hours with your quotation and payment instructions. 

Is submitting an Order Request a confirmed order? 

No. Your Order Request allows us to review your selections before sending a final quotation. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been completed according to the quotation provided.

Can I place an advance order for my wedding?

Absolutely. Wedding orders may be placed up to 12 months in advance. We encourage couples and bridal parties to secure their orders early, especially for larger quantities, so we can properly schedule production and ensure your pieces are prepared in time for your celebration. 

Can I order more than one design? 

Yes. You may include multiple products from different collections in a single Order Request. 

Can I request a custom size? 

Each Love Maisie piece is thoughtfully designed with its own proportions and structure. At the moment, we do not accommodate custom sizing requests. 

Can I request design modifications? 

To preserve the integrity of each Love Maisie design, we do not offer structural design modifications. Available customization options, such as color, personalization, and strap selections (where applicable), are listed on each product page. 

Can I personalize my bag?

Yes. Eligible Love Maisie bags may be personalized with your choice of an engraved wooden name tag or a debossed leather name tag. For multiple orders, each eligible bag may be personalized with a different name, making them a meaningful choice for bridal gifts, thoughtful gifting, and corporate orders. 

Are interchangeable straps sold separately?

Each eligible Love Maisie bag includes your choice of one interchangeable strap. Additional or extra interchangeable straps may also be purchased separately, allowing you to refresh the look of your bag for different occasions. 

How long will my order take? 

Production timelines vary by collection and quantity. 

• In-stock — Ready to Ship within 2–3 business days

For bridal, event, and bulk orders, your estimated dispatch date will be confirmed after your Order Request has been reviewed.

Does personalization affect the timeline? 

Yes.

Orders with an engraved wooden name tag require an additional 7 business days before dispatch.

Orders with a debossed leather name tag follow the standard production timeline.

Do you accept Bridal & Bulk orders?

Yes, Love Maisie accepts limited bridal and bulk orders featuring the bag designs from our collections.

For these orders, you may choose a single Signature Color or create a curated combination using our Signature Palette.

Orders requiring special production arrangements—including larger quantities and custom colors—will be reviewed individually, with timelines and payment terms confirmed in your quotation. 

If you're planning a wedding or special event, we'd be delighted to help you find the perfect combination for your celebration. 

Is there a minimum order? 

No. You're welcome to order a single handcrafted piece or multiple items for weddings, gifts, and special occasions. 

When do I pay for my order? 

After your Order Request has been reviewed, we'll send you a quotation confirming your order details, availability, estimated timeline, and payment instructions. 

1–5 pieces: Full payment is required to confirm your order.

6 pieces and above: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance will be due according to the payment terms stated in your quotation.

Do you offer payment plans for advance wedding orders?

Yes. For qualifying wedding and bulk orders booked 6–12 months in advance, we may offer a flexible payment arrangement to help you spread your payments over time.

An initial payment is required to secure your booking. Once received, we'll begin preparing your order, including reserving your production slot and sourcing any materials that are not currently in stock.

The remaining balance may be paid according to the agreed payment schedule and must be fully settled before your order is released or dispatched. The agreed payment terms will be reflected in your quotation.
